We use Stamps.com to keep track of all orders sent out. We do not add a tracking number unless requested. Additional costs apply to this request.


If a buyer contacts us to report they have never received an order, we will work to see what happened and how the situation can be best fixed. We always share our tracking information from Stamps.com. HOWEVER, we do wait for the post office to return the item or 10 days, before issuing a refund or resending the same item, if in stock. If the item is received back from the post office, we can refund or resend the order at that time.
